Regarding Delivery Scope and Restrictions

Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you need to send products to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Shipping Time and Logistics Options

Small parcels eligible for free shipping will be delivered via dedicated logistics by default, and the delivery time may be 5-7 working days later than usual. If you urgently need accessories, you can contact us to pay an additional shipping fee and choose express delivery for faster arrival.

When products are out of stock in warehouses in regions such as the United States, the European Union, and Australia, they will be shipped from China, which may slightly extend the delivery time.

A: If the logistics tracking still hasn't been updated after 7 days, please contact us. If it's within 7 days, please wait patiently.
Q: Why did I only receive half of my order?
A: We may have split your order into several packages. Differences in delivery speed may occur due to slow truck transportation. Please wait for 7 days and then contact us for logistics tracking.
Q: I received an email saying the goods are being delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
A: It is recommended that you first call the local post office to confirm and check the surrounding area again for the package. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Q: My package shows as delivered, but I haven't received it.
A: Sometimes, tracking information can be inaccurate, and a package may be marked as delivered before it actually arrives.
