We purchased this little CNC to make small test jigs and minor modifications to existing aluminum parts. Being so small it takes some time - removing a little material on each pass for aluminum, but the results are clean and the accuracy remarkably good. Of course material can be removed much faster on Acrylic and other softer materials. Packaging was great and assembly went smoothly, with everything working first time!! Overall, we are very happy with this purchase based on our expectations.

One of the best machine out of the box! This is a heavy CNC and is a quality build, it came packaged very well with great care. The CNC machine went together Easily using the pictorial assembly manual i would be confident any skill level could put this together. If you have some experience with CNC routers you will not have any problems using this machine. Everything comes supplied on a USB thumb drive including the Candle software for sending the G-code files to the machine. For the newbies there is excellent videos to learn about cnc so utube it up. First thing I did after assembly and powering up the machine was to manually trigger each of the X,Y,Z home/limit switches. And it ran flawlessly I'm extremely happy with this compact unit. Will cut numerous materials with great detail the package included multiple quality bits to get a person started with CNC all required tools were provided as well a nice added bonus. I have cut numerous designs with the Machine and it is great for hobbyist or small scale business. Customer support is A+ I reached out to inquire with some questions and they responded promptly without delay and answered all my questions about the product that I had. The only thing I would add is a led light it's not required or needed but to see the fine detail during the cutting process would be a nice addition. Regardless 10 out of 10 from quality to support. I recommend.

This is a great product for a good price. It was packaged well, and fairly easy to assemble. I expected a learning curve in using it, and it did not disappoint. It has a lot of features, and I made my share of mistakes while learning but it has been fun. And Lunyee has been prompt to reply to my questions and help me work through problems which were all related to my learning to use the machine. I watched quite a few YouTube videos that helped also, and even further convinced me that the Lunyee 3018 Pro Max is a solid CNC machine. It comes with a flash drive with software, project test files, and other information to help you get started. I added a photo, showing my first project which was making a spoilboard which you can see on the base plate of the machine to protect it from my goofs. I am having so much fun with it, and looking forward to all the cool things I can make with it.
