Our 4040 Pro steel-core belt system ensures smooth and quiet operation. It guarantees precise cutting on the XY axis with an accuracy of ±0.1mm, eliminating the need for constant adjustments. Additionally, we provide a complete set of V-cutting bits to effortlessly handle most tasks.

Upgraded Control Board

The 4040 Pro CNC router control board supports the addition of a laser module, air assist pump, offline controller, MPG, and a 4th axis. It also provides 52mm and 65mm spindle clamps, allowing seamless switching between different power spindles and trim routers.

EfficientUser-Friendly Control System

The control box features an emergency stop button and a convenient home button, designed for beginner-friendly operation. The side-open design (front and rear magnetic dust shields) allows easy handling of larger materials, enhancing the overall user experience. All stepper motors are equipped with manual handwheels for effortless spindle or material positioning and adjustment.

Assembly Upgrade & Wide Compatibility

Major components of this CNC machine come pre-assembled with a step-by-step manual, allowing for easy setup in just 10-15 minutes. Compatible with the GRBL 1.1F control board, it supports software such as Easel, UGS, Candle, LightBurn, Fusion 360, and more, making it suitable for various CNC setups.

Large Engraving Area
