Efficient Transmission System

The X and Y axes adopt the transmission method of φ12 optical axis guide + T10 lead screw, while the Z axis adopts the transmission method of φ12 optical axis + T10 lead screw. This ensures smooth movement and high positioning accuracy, providing a reliable foundation for various machining tasks.

Strong Power

The LUNYEE 4040 CNC machine is equipped with Nema 23 stepper motors and a 500W spindle motor, reaching a maximum speed of 12,000 RPM. It maintains excellent performance even during high-speed machining.

Upgraded Z-Axis & Aluminum T-Slot Worktable

The new Z-axis reduces vibration and improves engraving precision, enhancing engraving stability by 80%. The durable aluminum T-slot worktable helps secure materials during CNC machining or laser engraving. It supports cutting and engraving various irregularly shaped or sized materials, such as wood, plastic, and soft metals. With a working area of 400mm x 300mm x 110mm, it is ideal for small to medium-sized projects.

Wide Compatibility

The LUNYEE 4040 Turbo CNC router supports multi-mode switching and interchangeable spindle clamps. It offers 52mm and 65mm spindle clamps, allowing seamless switching from spindle to laser. Additionally, the Z-axis is equipped with multiple mounting holes to accommodate spindle clamps of various sizes, including 52mm, 65mm, 69mm, and 80mm.

GRBL-Based Control Box & Enhanced Chassis Design

The power supply and control board are integrated into the control box, saving space, improving heat dissipation efficiency and safety, and making maintenance more convenient. This enhances overall performance and user experience. With the GRBL-based control board, the cnc machine can be easily operated via USB using software like Fusion360 or Universal Gcode Sender. The robust and improved chassis design ensures long-lasting and reliable performance.
